FITlife
Living FIT is building healthy habits upon a faith foundation. We meet for Group Training the first Saturday of each month. Each session will have a time of Bible Study, Accountability, Nutrition Training, and Group Exercise.
Please arrive at 9am and plan to stay until 11. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, as we will be participating in a workout. Bring a yoga mat (if you own one) or a large towel or blanket to lay out on the floor for padding and protection from the ground. Also bring your Bible. Water, pens, and FITlife journals will be provided.
Most importantly, please be in prayer between now and our Group Training Sessions. Pray for yourself, for the instructor, and for everyone else who has shown interest in FITlife. Also pray for those who need to come and be a part of the group, but who may be resistant or unknowing of their need. Please read and memorize Proverbs 16:3 as you pray.
Please invite friends and family, ages 13 and older, to come and participate with you! Child care is provided.
